Adam and Cara have been married 20 years, have 5 children and homestead in Missouri. Their marriage journey has included significant pain, difficult challenges, but also remarkable joys.

They’ve spent much of their marriage going through countless hours and dollars of counseling, getting coaching, learning from mentors, reading and digging in for deep healing and intimacy. They believe the work they’ve done has even more purpose than to just draw them closer in marriage.

Cara is both a certified life and transformation and trauma-informed coach. She has been a life coach for over 15 years, helping thousands of women with marriage, wellness, business growth and personal healing and transformation.

Adam is trauma-informed certified, has a master's degree in ministry, is a Christian author, and is passionate about men’s work.
