Adam and Cara have been married 18 years, have 5 children and homestead in Missouri. They’ve walked through extremely low lows in their marriage and wonderful highs. They’ve spent much of their marriage going through countless hours and dollars of counseling, getting coaching, learning from mentors, reading and digging in for deep healing and intimacy. They believe the work they’ve done has even more purpose than to just draw them closer in marriage. They want to vulnerably share their journey with you and offer what they’ve learned and what has made the biggest impact on their marriage healing and closeness as a family. Cara has been a life coach for over 10 years, helping hundreds of women with wellness, business growth and transformation. Adam has a masters degree in theology, is a Christian author, and is passionate about men’s work.
